Only 1 staff is running everywhere ! Trying to do the orders I felt really sorry for the guy ! As I got burnt & wrong bruger (not blaming the staff ) but the owner should be ashamed for Not getting more staff just to make more money what a greedy & dodgy to run a business ! I’m NOT going there never again ! You’re saying because of shortage of staff instead of closing you kept it open and run whole business with only 1 staff ?!! Too concerned abt customers?!!! Thx for google reviews for revealing the truth !

Where do I start i was blown away on the variety of burgers that they have so I decided to try for myself .All I can say is wowww it tasted amazing . The staff there are great as well great place to be I definitely recommend this place on a high note .

Just bought a burger meal and it was not the best. Bread was wet and soggy as if it was sitting there for a long time. Waited 30mins and the chips were not even cooked properly

Honestly the last place you'd expect to be getting great burgs, shakes and fries. Especially tucked away on Waldren Road, the guy running the register and the kitchen is the definition of a one man army. Absolute gun, making a great feed every time. Honestly the only Flipp location worth visiting.

The burgers are delicious. The fries are thin.The worker here is efficient. He can make you 8 burger meals in about 15mins. I recommend going in person to save heaps on your order. Ordering on uber is 25 a meal in person it's 15.All up it's a solid solution for halal certified food. (It's hand slaughtered meat)Overall I recommend giving it a try

Love the burgers. No BS or fancy stuff, just simple classic delicious burgers with a generous serving of chips, all in an affordable prices. I recommend this place and would always choose them over maccas, HJ, or other burgers fast food joints.The only issue is over the last few months, they have been closed without any notice and recently, I noticed that they were open again, but the next day they were closed, again. Very inconsistent, and the disappointing part was there was no announcement whatsoever on their official platform; website, social media, etc. Not even a notice in front of their shop to notify their customers of the closure. I hope they can improve the communications to customers.

Since re opening its just a disaster. The staff are not trained and every time I go a new person is there. I bought a burger meal and there wasn't much in it. One piece of lettuce and the thinnest breast fillet and sauce maybe half a teaspoon if you're lucky. We always buy chips and we ask for family which they charge at $2 more. Today I went and the guy couldn't sell me family chips because he didn't know how to enter it. The chip's are usually made on the spot but these were cold. Last week the guy put half a gallon of salt we couldn't eat them. There were 3 people behind the counter and we waited 20 minutes for chips. Before it shut down there was one brilliant guy working solo and the service was faster. They need some guidelines as they stood there eating chocolate whilst i waited 20 minutes for fries. I keep returning but i think today was my last time. Also if you're behind the counter learn basic maths because the chips were $5.50 and instead of giving me $4.50 change he gave me $5.50. I told him of the error and fixed it but its not my job to rectify errors but I'm honest. Overall a very disappointing experience on more than one occasion.
