Stunning quality and amazing service!I couldn't decide which kimono to get so I called Tabitha and asked for her advice. She is so lovely over the phone, great customer service and so helpful. The parcel was beautifully wrapped, it looked and felt like a gift, I was super excited to open. The kimono is beautiful, the quality outstanding. I would highly recommend this fashion boutique. It's a true gem!

My husband gave me a voucher from this shop as a gift. The staff put the date on the voucher when it was purchased rather than the expiry date being in 12 months time, hence the voucher expired the same day. When i tried to use it, they refused to hounour it quite casually not caring at all - disappointing customer service
