Ellie Philips is amazing! I asked her to provide me with a prospective rental appraisal of my property and I was not disappointed. She showed a great understanding of the local rental market and was able to understand what I am wanting from a property manager. I have used one of the tradies she has on her books for property repairs, and he was brilliant. This fills me with great confidence that Ellie's bank of trades people are of high calibre so if I need work done when my house is leased I will not fear poor performing/high charging costs for repairs or maintenance.
