As a new immigrants from Hongkong, I found it hard to find good tradie for my plumbing or boundary fences, even before covid, but Jamie ran a private line from my power and connected my electric front gate in my residence in Burwood East in 2020 and now he is doing my investment property 4-bedroom house.... whole house as i need to get it up to modern standard e.g. fuse box, all 12 LED ceiling lights, hard-wired fire alarm and all perimeter senor-activator backyard lighting in Mount Waverley. James recently did a number of electrical jobs in my apartment. He got back to me quickly and was punctual snd efficient. I called James a few months back as wire to power line was faulty which resulted in United Energy disconnecting it.So we tried calling different Electricians but James was the only one willing to come out promptly so he came the next morning at 8am.Which he did and repaired it and rang United Energy to organize them to turn the Power back on.Now unfortunately United Energy put as at the bottom of the line despite telling them that I was Diabetic and I needed my Power back on which I had off for nearly 48 hours.So James even rang them again on our behalf to find out what was going on. So they finally showed up after 8pm to restore our Power.Now I told James at the start how I was a Pensioner and how my finances weren't great so he allowed me to organize a Payment plan with him to pay him for the work he did which know one else was willing to.So if you are looking for a Electrician I would highly recommend James as he was very professional did the work that was needed, rang United Energy on my behalf to find out what was happening and was very patient with the money owing and allowed me to pay him on a Payment Plan.Now if I could I would give him 10 Stars.So my suggestion is to contact James and he will be sure to fix anything you need done.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough of James and Cole who came in to fix my lights at home and AC at my business separately. Lights were hung up by Cole in no time and charged very reasonably. James was very quick, responsive and on time for an urgent repair to my AC. Although it needed a specialist to service, he went out of his way to come in and with a very thorough job done, he was very honest with the issues. He was kind enough not to charge me even though he spent hours at the venue trying to fix the problem.I always thoughts it’s hard to find reliable traddies and through out years in hospitality I see them come and go but now I know who to call. Jamie was quite knowledgable, courteous and worked quickly.He swapped the light fixtures in our entire house, added a few extra down lights and power points and all in a days work.He was recommended to us by my sister in-law, whom he has also done work for.We are very happy with the service and the response speed and would recommend NPJ Electrical.Thank you Jamie!

An excellent job, James has replaced a number of old light fittings & installed a new oven at my townhouse. He’s always been prompt, reliable & tidy in all of his work. Highly recommended.
