Get Zac

We had Zac installed a new combustion heater for us. We received no paperwork at the completion of the job. Now our roof is leaking significantly and we contacted Zac who informed us he would fix it. Zac did not show up or communicate why he didn't make it. We have heard nothing from him so now we need to go down another path to have this repaired. Licensed installer I think not.In response. We did message, and call. As for the discounts" we received

I had Zac come around today before the inevidable summer rush for air con cleaning.I moved into my place last summer and checked out the aircon at the end of summer and noticed that the pads were well past their due date and it could do with a real good clean.Zac came around and did a great job, also cleaned off a fair bit of moss on my roof and I got him to clean my gutters while he was at it. Very professional and a job well done.

Wow can't recommend this guy higher, five stars is't enough. His service was way above any tradie I have every had in the past and I am well into my fifties. Zac came to install a chimney flue in our old 1900 house. It was an extremely difficult job which is why no one had ever probably bothered to do it. Our fireplace was not compliant, however it is now!. Zac worked on it for hours more than quoted never gave up and even came back the next day to finish the job. Lovely guy personally as well as professionally. Sorry Zac that you got 1 bad review you certainly don't deserve it we all have difficult times in our life more compassion from people in the world would make it a better place. We will be calling you back each year to clean our combustion heater and evaporative cooling system. Keep up the good work we need more tradies like yourself in the world!

Some time ago we appointed Zac to prune some large trees at our property.He was confident he could do the job.. which we confirmed a number of times because the branches were high.Arrived an hour or so late and he only lived 60m up the road at the time.he said trees would be pruined within a day, agreed to drop large timber at my parents place around the corner.3 days later, 2 branches had been pruined.I called him to ask what was taking so long as my wife was working from home and struggling because chain saws running all day and not much cutting.he blamed his step son who was working with him, then the weather, then my father in law who had been there for 3 hours waiting to mow the lawns below.eventually told me the job was to big and he wouldn't charge me for the work done,I agreed with this.Contacted him a number of times to drop the timber off as agreed. it was never done.parents also had work done... took a long time and done poorly.guy is all talk and no skill.

Great work Zac. It was a difficult job & as usual you performed it with your total professional attitude. Always happy with your work & you always go over & beyond for your customers. Keep up the great work Zac.
