We went in on a busy Saturday afternoon to renew our membership; the line was out the door which was daunting but we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line shortened and we were served almost immediately.The person serving us was friendly, fast and efficient.

Costco Marsden Park Tyre Centre - Juan and Masaud were so patient and helpful. They were understaffed, and under a lot of pressure, but remained kind and helpful. True customer service!

I somehow find this particular branch has more stock of items. It's a special region of OUTLETS, surrounded by many others, like IKEA, Lindt chocolate, Rebel, Anaconda, etc.I had lunch here today, ordered a Seafood Chowder + hot dog deal, only cost $9 and I was so full. The Chowder is a good creamy soup, but don't expect too high, it's no fine dinning after all

Poor customer service at the Marsden Park Costco. Hostile woman working at the front checking for Costco memberships swore at me from across the super market to check my membership card. I held it up for her to see. Then she called me the B word and a smart a$$. Sorry Gandalf but I’m going to pass.

Horrible staff, awful people. Sent me away with no explanation and shred of decency. I understand I cannot use my mothers membership card, even though we live at the same address. However my mum is very unwell and I just wanted to know if the nominated extra person on the membership was me. Do not waste your time at this Costco. The staff are blunt, have no time for you and are not kind in any way.

The closest Costco we always go to shop for a bulk stuffs. Fruits, veggies and meat they’re of good qualities and normally lasts. I like the food tasting station at their set dates. This time we shopped for a bottle of mango moscato. I always goto Costco too to load a petrol. Diesel this time is so expensive at least 0.20+ cents discount still makes a difference if you’re loading more than 65 litres of a full tank.

Costco Tyres - If I could give ZERO stars I would. I had to wait 25 minutes to get served. Then told it would take 3 HOURS to get a wheel balance.They are cheap for a reason. Because their service is just PATHETIC!!I DO NOT recommend Costco Tyres!!

I love the bulk items. They always have different things. Sometimes people will be giving out samples of food. The best time to come is close to halloween or christmas due to the decoration you can buy are amazing!

Didn't like the membership entrance concept to enter the premises its not mentioned anywhere about $60 membership entrance is must, I got the membership and got my money refunded on my exit didn't like it it's not worth since I ain't gonna drive to Marsden Park to get my stuff regularly... maybe good place for bulk purchasers...
