Very personable. She invited us to her home and spent the time to get to know us and our story.While she doesn’t speak Chinese, she was great at incorporating Asian elements.Very comfortable and experienced with intercultural ceremonies and gave us many great ideas to use during our ceremony!Excellent communication to make updates to the ceremony until we were 100% happy with it.There was a small spelling mistake on our ceremonial certificate. Jackie was adaptable and fixed it on the spot with her excellent fountain pen calligraphy.

Jackie was amazing.Such a down to earth person who gave us the confidence that our day was going to be amazing from the get go. Asked all the right questions. She really listened to us and incorporated our lives into the ceremony. Honestly brought everyone to tears with our love story, so well spoken.I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. When my husband and I decided to renew our vows on our ten year anniversary we had some very different ideas of what we wanted the ceremony to look like a second time around and it’s fair to say it was very different to your average ceremony. We met with Jackie, she listened to our ideas and was open and supportive of the vision we had.When we received the draft ceremony that Jackie had written we were so happy with what she had created it. On the day it the most beautiful ceremony and it was everything we hoped for and more and something we and all our friends and family will remember for a long time.

She is highly organised – Jackie took care of all the legal paperwork, gave us fantastic feedback on our vows and was exceptionally well prepared for the ceremony (for example, she has a terrific PA system and brought backup copies of our vows). During the ceremony, Jackie set the tone beautifully with her skilful storytelling that elegantly highlighted our love story. We can see why she is a published author! We just loved every minute of our ceremony and received so much positive feedback from our guests (both verbally and in the form of laughter/“happy tears”. Having Jackie as a celebrant is such a great experience. Our multicultural wedding was handled by Jackie with class and she truly went above and beyond. We were delighted with her thoughtful script that incorporated Persian poetry and cultural elements into our ceremony. She is a master wordsmith who crafted a beautiful rendition of Babak and my love story.Whenever we needed to reach out to Jackie, she always responded promptly. Would give 10 stars if I could!!! Jackie was just soo amazing to work with. She's so genuine, friendly, warm and professional. She really listens to your requests, and accomplishes what you want for your day. She made the whole marriage process super easy and stress-free. Always so easy to get in contact with, with emails, messages and calls. She took care of everything and went above and beyond for us. Even helping me paint my nails on the day LOL, holding and entertaining my baby while we got couple photos taken; and assisted with all the little jobs like arranging furniture; taking a few pics, helping me fix my bouquet;, and makeup touch-ups. Thank you Jackie soo much!!! You've been more than an wonderful celebrant, you've gone above and beyond for us to make our day special & stress-free, and we couldn't thank you enough!!!
