Well organised at the quoting end of the process but job let down by inadequate project management by owner Eason, This was disappointing as Eason obviously knows his trade.Painters did not initially execute everything in quote due to lack of timely supervision and ineffective communication between them and Eason. Painters ( max 2 on some days, then 1 when the other got sick) missed areas for whatever reason, and this became our problem to monitor and report.We found this tedious and had expected that the painters would thoroughly check their own work as a minimum.We were unhappy with their basic “ final” clean up/hose down of outside paved areas which was very hit and miss. A gurney was eventually used by them to rectify.Maybe they just have too much work, and were rushed. Good for them if this is the issue but we were left unimpressed by the overall experience and the low rating is a reflection of this.

Eason from Honest Painting just have my whole townhouse repainted in Baulkham Hills. Eason is very responsive, always on time and keep his promises. Job completed on time with satisfied quality, only few minor defects but not noticeable at all. Considering the time and competitive cost, we are quite happy and recommend him.

Eason's team repainted our house a few weeks ago. They are very efficient. Quick on the job. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Zero customer service. Avoid them. You contact them multiple times and they say ok ok I will get back to you and they won’t. They need lessons on customer service.

The interior of our home is complex, but the Honest Painting team tackled it without a complaint. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and professional. English was a challenge, but not insurmountable. I would hire them again if the need arises.
