27/12/2021 10.00am Was not greeted when I entered the store or even acknowledged at all by the female staff member. She was to busy on the computer. I did spend under 10 minutes waiting for a hello or can I help you, because I did need assistance to make a purchase for my son. I decided to leave and spend my money were I am treated with respect. Very poor customer service and will never shop there again

Best guess store ever !! customer service second to none !! Outstanding in every way ...They deserved more starts than 5 for sure ... store manager and the team was absolutely amazing.. I have been to chadstone store and there customer service is worse .. and not recommended for anyone else .., they wouldn’t do any refund for any of the customers find silly excuses to get away from doing it .please beware from them . Don’t waste you valuable time with chadstone ..

Said their refund machine wasn't working to refund an item. Now I have to spend $20.00 on delivery /return an item through post that was only $34.00.I would have returned an item in store and purchased again. I am so frustrated now. I don't want to ever purchase again from this company.Especially online.

worst experience ever , went there about showing my peeled off bag that i just bought 1and half month ago , instead of listening my complaint and dealing the matter in calm way an Asian man (manager or owner )over there started fighting with me in front of my children and my kids frightened to see him shouting, at the time when i bought bag he was being very nice to me but this time very bad experience, not recommended at all , very bad customer service.
