I've been coming to this Zambrero for a while now and I have to say this one is the best of the lot. The food is always well prepared and fresh, which can be hard to find at some Zambrero stores. The food is always delicious.The customer service is next level, and one employee in particular carries that. Carmela is so friendly and always make sure my order is correct and my food is made well. Her and the store are the best!

I came in yesterday around lunch time and I always get gluten free wrap which is harder to make. This lady made the most perfect burrito I’ve ever had I wouldn’t want anyone else to make it. She was so nice and sounded like she was from New Zealand and had tattoos on her arm. Thank you so much!

For my very first visit to Zambrero I ordered salad with pulled pork. When I saw the salad was frozen I probably should have returned it but I ate it. That turned out to be a mistake as my stomach was very unhappy for the next day or so. Maybe I was just unlucky but it sure wasn't a great first impression.

I visited the Ascot, WA store at 6.30pm on 18/01/23, & we ordered 2x pairs of quesadillas with chicken in both. Both pairs were half-full, & one pair had beef instead of chicken. Both pairs were also very small & bland, & not worth the $9.40 we paid for each. This was a very disappointing experience, & has made us reluctant to visit this, or any Zambrero store again as it was a waste of money.I tried to submit a complaint on their website, but every time I pressed submit"

Unfortunately someone wasn’t competent in reading the Uber receipt order and placed the wrong food item in the bag? I called up to resolve this issue politely, the women over the phone had said she’d contact Uber, I called back 5 mins after to hear the update and of course the store closed :) love that, so sick x

It’s great food but sometimes the orders are made incorrectly, it is so annoying that they don’t have the ingredients at the front counter so you can see what is going in your burrito. As like most places they prioritise the drive thru instead of the people inside, having to ring a bell to get attention

Every time I’ve been here, the customer service is just incredible, both drive thru and walk in. The two times I’ve walked in my service was provided by Carmella and a lovely young boy who sadly I didn’t get the name of, and both of them were accomodating, bubbly and made great burritos and dos capas. Truly a great Zambies!
