Nice place to catch up with friends and family. Being part of a service centre food court it doesn't have the same atmosphere as a standalone cafe, but the food and drinks were delicious.

Finally posting a review after multiple times of poor customer service and coffee.Had to wait for 3 service girls (including the shift manager-terrible leadership example) to finish watching whatever “funny” video was on the managers phone before they would serve me. Then had to wait again for the computer to be able to start order - obviously not prepared and ready to go. Another lady was also waiting to be served at the same time.EAST bound CC experiences have been poor service and either burnt or cold coffee.The WEST bound CC has loverly staff and always a good coffee brew.

Nice customer service but am not going back again! I payed almost $8 for a small caramel latte I couldn't even taste the caramel in it and the coffee was horribly burnt.

Honestly, probably the best Coffee Club I've been to. The service is exceptional - the girls are always lovely, friendly and helpful. Coffee is good. Food is pretty good too, and they have surprisingly good vegan options. I really enjoyed the Fable Meaty Mushroom Flat Grill, but they also have a vegan Smashed Avo, a Roasted Cauliflower Salad, and occasionally some vegan cakes in the window.

Ordered an omlette and specifically asked for gluten free due to coeliac disease. It was put on sour dough bread, making it inedible. Replacement omlette was badly broken up.

Got breakfast with mother in law for Mother’s Day. There was four of us for breakfast. Everyone else’s orders came out altogether. 15 mins later my order still hadnt come out. I ordered a simple eggs on toast. Went up and asked about the order and returned to seat immediately followed up by my order coming to the table. The food was cold. Obviously it had been forgotten about. Didn’t eat it.

It's in a roadside service centre with the likes of KFC and Subway. I wouldn't expect much atmosphere but the food was very good.
