The team helped me to develop a maintenance and upgrade plan for my duplexes to attract the best tenants and maximise rental return. To top it off, the team went ahead and implemented the plan for me. 2. The team went out of their way to investigate council requirements for implementing separate water meters. They didn't simply do an internet search, they contacted council multiple times advised me what was possible,. They arranged plumbers and obtained quotes on my behalf. 3. Upon doing a tenant outbound report, they noticed some scuff marks on a couple of walls. Rather than getting a handy man to touch them up, they went ahead and did it themselves. Wow. I have never come across a property management agency that is so proactive, professional and customer focused. This is what a boutique agency is all about.
