These guys to a great job at a reasonable price, don't listen to all the complaining people they're all people with super old roofs that leak like a siv and complain that their leak wasn't found on the first try.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. So slow to quote on roof repairs, then not returning calls, then them saying they would send another inspector out and not following through. So unprofessional and frustrating.

Very disappointed with the efforts from this mob and how dodgy they are. They undertook quite substantial roofing works on my dad's unit complex. A water leak occurred following practical completion which caused damage to both the common area and Dad's ceiling. After much back and forth and 1 or 2 visits by Ryan's Roofing (which Dad said, amounted to nothing as they came, glanced around without any proper investigations and left), Ryan's Roofing claimed it was overflow from the guttering and denied that they were responsible for the fix.The body corp engaged Australian Leak Detection to find the source of the leak. It was a section of the roof that Ryan's Roofing had worked on. Of course, now we're out of warranty for their work and have had to engage another contractor to fix the issue. The new guys have done a fantastic job.A tip to anyone dealing with Ryan's Roofing, if you get a leak, just engage Australian Leak Detection immediately for proof of the water ingress location, tell Ryan's Roofing to return to fix the problem under warranty, and IMMEDIATELY submit a QBCC complaint. As long as you submit during the warranty period, Ryan's Roofing will need to honour it. And don't close the case with the QBCC until you have certainty that the problem is fixed. You'll need to spend a few hundred on the ALD report but it'll be cheaper than having to pay for more repairs.

Ryan's Roofing is absolutely one of the best Contractors we engage.They are honest, reliable, and the prices are always competitive. Their workmanship and professionalism is remarkable.We are governed by a strict set of legislation for tenancies and guidelines for insurance claims and these guys are the best. They are friendly, efficient and great to work with. I cannot recommend Ryan's Roofing high enough.

poor communication work not completed first time very bad customer service and extremely long waiting periods will not recommend at all

I used Ryan's Roofing a few months ago and had an awful experience. I had a leak in the roof so they provided a quote of around $1500 and carried out the works but the next lot of rain came and it was still leaking. I called them and they came out again and said call a carpenter" then drove away. On this advice

We found a large leak during our first heavy rain after moving to a new house and Ryan's Roofing were the only business we called available with a quick turnaround. They had people on site the same day to diagnose the issue and were able to order supplies and repair the following day. The communication was great through the entire process and the quality of work is great. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely use them again for anything else we need.
