This is an absolutely delightful store and the staff give it the personal touch to fit into the boutique atmosphere of Mosman Village. I went in with a young friend who was have issues with her skin and the lady there gave fantastic advice, and managed to talk me into some great skincare as well as some incredible perfume I wasn't planning on buy. I could spend hours in the store, with the smells, colours, packaging. it is all magical.

Jess was an ABSOLUTE GEM. Over the phone she was charming, helpful, and so proactive trying to find a product for me. She promised to return my call after having another look as the system showed they were in stock, and within the hour delivered on her promise.Jess was incredibly lovely and so genuine, and after several difficulties I’ve experienced with Mecca lately she has restored so much of my loyalty back in the company.An absolute credit to the team, and staff are such a huge reason as to why customers continue to visit Mecca in store.

I wanted to buy an ilia foundation and so stepped in to the store. The assistant not only ‘talked down’ the product and got me to do my own colour match (whilst other assistants helped other shoppers apply theirs), what ultimately upset me was that i left feeling ugly and unworthy of beauty products. Im older than their usual clientele, i guess, and im not that beautiful- but i felt awful after leaving.I returned to youtube to determine my colour and i purchased online. I guess thats what ugly girls have to do.Never again.

I came in with some skin concerns and she was able to guide me to some products that have absolutely worked wonders for me.
