I had my roots done, my hair lightened, a cut and a blow dry. My hair looks and feels amazing. There are not many hairdressers who are confident In working with naturally curly thick coarse hair, I should know, I have been almost everywhere and I am so glad I found Sara at Serenity. She did an amazing job with my hair, I absolute love it.

The only hair salon that has managed to colour my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it!! I went in for the balayage special they were running and it was such a reasonable price - I did pay extra for filler colour and the Olaplex mask which was explained to me before we started. Sarah did an amazing job with colouring my hair to the exact ash brown tone I wanted! Usually my hair doesn't hold colour well but it's been 2 weeks and I've washed it a few times and the colour is still looking great! Can't wait to go back and get it touched up regularly. Thank you! :)

Brigitte was the best !Got a full head of highlights and was very happy with the job done and also by how much they look after the hair during the discoloration process - they use great quality products.

Had a great experience at this salon and will be coming back! I got a full head of foils, cut and blow dry by Sarah. She did a fab job blending my dark roots to blonde and loved the colour and cut she did. Nice salon too!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what they were talking about and were easily able to recommend a suitable style and balayage colour for my hair. My finished hair looked amazing and I received comments on it all night long!!I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back.

I always have a lovely experience at Serenity Hair & Co! Sarah has brought my at-home bleached hair back to life, it is so healthy and shiny. She has never passed judgement on me colouring my hair at home, and is always so lovely and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of having the worst customer experience anyone could experience. Firstly, Serenity Hair & Co needs to learn how to be respectful to the customers. They need a major attitude change towards the customers. My partner did her hair from this place and which we regret at the moment. Just few hours after it was done the hair colour started to fade away and hair started to fall off all of a sudden. I believe the products what they use are not up to the standards. Once we contacted Sarah (so called hair dresser) she did not have the courtesy to except their mistake nor offer an apology, rather they made us pay extra to do it again. Anyone who go to this place be aware about the Groupon scam. They are listed on Groupon with a discounted voucher and once we called to inquire regarding this they mentioned they will offer the same rate and we do not have to purchase and later they overcharged us with a massive amount. Sarah the so called hair dresser will have plenty of reasons for the extra charges and will make you pay with your money and your hair!!!

Amazing service and amazing skill! I always feel so beautiful leaving this salon. Sarah always makes me look beautiful. I highly recommend getting your hair cut here if you're stuck trying to find a good hairdresser.

I booked my daughter in for a keratin treatment @serenity hair after reading the reviews. However, the keratin they used was the worst and smelled extremely strong of chemicals, & it really affected our eyes. Not even a week later and her hair looks/ feels no different from the treatment. The hairdresser was wearing a mask whilst drying/straightening her hair… hello what about me and the rest of the clients suffering in the salon! Not to mention we were there for over 3 hours. The owner Sara seems nice enough but is extremely laid back and slow getting clients hair done. There was another lady there complaining about being there for 3-4 hours for half head of foils. Make sure you allow for 3-5hours for your appointments ladies… personally I wouldn’t recommend at all.
