This store has an amazingly wide range of all types of bikes on display and associated accessories and clothing. The prices are quite competitive and the service from staff is very friendly and helpful. There are various items on sale from time to time and I saw some great prices on selected goods on this visit especially on good quality clothing.

Great online shopping experience. Great prices, excellent range, fast delivery and friendly, prompt service through their extensive store network. I had a minor fitting issue with an online jersey purchase which was resolved promptly to my total satisfaction. Thanks to Kellie in the Ivanhoe store and Vida in the Hampton store.

Large variety is first thing you observe! Salesman was so helpful and never pushy! Helped me with answers to all my questions and encouraged to ride each one he pulled out for me! Enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend!

We had in mind a particular bike and brand for our 9yo son. The staff member who assisted us advised us to get the next size up as our son would soon outgrow it. This was good advice! Great attention to detail! Bought my bike in because of a few niggling issues and they addressed them all with no complaints. after watching me ride and hearing the issue the mechanic was able to tell me the issue on the spot! Awesome stuff. They even explained the mechanical issues to me and helped me learn. Great staff on hand, they clearly care about customer satisfaction. 10/10

The service I received from Ivanhoe Cycles and Raj was absolutely outstanding. He traded in my Apollo Shadow and he explained in simple terms how to operate my new Shogun E bike. Shout out to Brian and Michael in the workshop!Stumbling through the process of building up a bike from scratch for the first time, I went in to purchase a complete 27.5in boost rear wheel. Workshop mechanic Brian spotted my NS frame and launched into action offering a whole lot of great advice, including paths for upgrades at different budgets and recommendations for wheels which will serve the frame better.I then hit a roadblock trying to trim my brake & shifter cables, so I brought it in to finish the job and for an initial service. Mechanic Michael had it done by the end of the day and even stayed back after close for me to pick it up. He did a whole bunch of little extras to get it running beautifully and at a very reasonable price.Very thankful to the team! I'll be back for regular services.
