Cascades Car Wash

This would have to been the worst car wash ever. I used the self service bay and it was filthy , When I started washing the car I quickly found out that there was no soap coming out. My wife had to go and find someone who came down and put on another tub of soap. As this was 9.00 in the morning I would have thought they would have checked that. When the soap came ours there was hardly any.Cost me $10.00 for the worst non wash ever. Avoid this place at all costs

Cascades Car Wash ‘machine wash’ in Armidale gave my car a good thorough wash and dry. A perfect solution when you don’t have the time to wash your car yourself. Whilst it may not remove absolutely all marks & spots as meticulously as a hand done car wash it does a pretty good job.

The attendant was extremely helpful and professional. My car is clean and I can’t fault the service at all.

Not sure what other people are talking about -- friendly and my car is clean. I did get the $19 full service auto-wash but worth it. Graham was the bloke there when I went -- he unscrews the radio antenna (which I always forget) and popped my mirrors out of the way for you.

Fine, but don't accept card.

Despite there being signs up to clean the bays after use, they certainly weren't. One bay the hose was leaking and socking the user. The second bay was so full of mud, it was unusable. Not at all happy with the conditions the bays were left in

The new guy pressed the wrong button and overcharged me, then when I asked for a partial refund ($5) he became aggressive and verbally abusive.

does not clean/dry 100%, but acceptable for the pricebad thing they do only accept cash

These guys don't put soap in the pressure washer. Twice now. Ripoff

First time user. What a waste if money . I paid $19 for the top auto wash . the attendant gave a couple of febble bush rubs of the mirrors and where the wiper didn't reach on the screen. The auto machine did its job and he waved me off with windows still smeared by the wash. I drop around to Aldi where a friend said about time you washed your car. I thought he was joking until I got out to see dirt still on the boot with the majority of the vehicle smeared. The bugs were still on the grill and lights. The wheels were not clean despite paying for a wheel wash add on. I immediately went home and washed the vehicle finding much more dirt spots and cleaned the Windows again. Why didn't I go back? The signage clearly indicates no responsible taken by Cascade.So save your money and avoid this place.
