Nice place, very helpful and friendly staff. Staying in an underground hotel room was interesting. Great location being in the middle of Coober Pedy. If you want to know anything about Coober Pedy, these are the best people to talk to.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I was really looking forward to the return and I wasn't disappointed. The room was very pelasant and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Sleeping underground in a cave with a bed is amazing!

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff/owners. Rooms basic, but functional and comfortable. Well equiped communal kitchen, and laundry. Goal of having that underground experience achieved. Great location in middle of town. Will be back on return journey.

Great value and such a cool experience. There's plenty of accommodation options to suit all budgets, although you really have to stay down below to get the proper experience. The owners are absolute characters, very funny and a real credit to the place. They're more than happy to show you around and explain the history of Radeka. Kitchen was nice and clean and bathrooms were decent. Would absolutely stay again.

I was looking to book a room for the night, however I wanted to clarify the check-in time before paying, as I would be arriving late. I called at 6:30am, as they had no business hours online. I assumed they would be open since it's a motel. No one answered so I didn't call again but I received a call back immediately just to hear about how I disturbed them early in the morning and shouldn't be calling that early. This guy was so rude, I will never consider staying here. If you don't want to be contacted at this time, maybe update your business hours online?

Overall it met the requirements of a budget accommodation. Staff were unfriendly and quite rude. We were disappointed that the ovens and hot water in the kitchen didn’t work. We didn’t have our own bathroom which for 95 dollars a night seemed over priced. Our main concern was that the “private” rooms seemed to be only separated by a very thin sheet of ply wood so we were kept awake by the occupants next door and could hear snoring/conversations as if they were in our room. (Not their fault)!Things we liked: kitchen was clean and had a big bench to prepare food on, good fridge space to store cold food items, TV room was comfortable with tables, couches, and a power strip for charging appliances

The owners/couple are really sweet. The stay was lovely in the cave with clean beds and posh rooms and big communical kitchen with all the appliances of modern world. Personally, Garry was super helpful with our car and fixed the problem without changing us. We are glad to meet someone so kind and nice during our travel of outback. Definitely recommend to stay here only.

We stayed in a motel room which was excellent. The couple that run the place are outstanding, very helpful and down to earth, wish more places had people like them. Thanks for a great overnight stay.

We were returning guests from about 15 years ago and had a good stay. Very helpful manager who also parked our trailer in a really difficult spot. Not 5. star accommodation but clean comfortable and a happy experience.
