Can't give a very good rating yet but they have been in the same location for many years so they must be doing something right Was closed for the Xmas new year break but will go down again when they are open again. They open again on the 4th January

I regret it as they have been very inefficient to deal with. Quote 1: based on fabric at $36 a metre. Quote 2 (the next day): different fabric also at $36 a metres yet about $300 more. When queried, calculations redone only to find that BOTH quotes were wrong. Quote 2 was accepted at the correct price with 50% paid. Quote included installation. Sometime later, notified that fabric was unavailable. A new fabric was chosen and the quote redone over the phone. Now curtain has arrived and I am being told that installation is not included. It appears that it was dropped off the quote by the time we got to number three. Of course I didn't know this as the last stuff was done over the phone. At this point I really regret not going to the place in Invermay. Their price seemed a tiny bit more however that only ended up being because of Decorama getting the very first quote wrong by a little bit under.

Had a new blind fitted today & had fantastic service & communication from measure & quote to installation really great work would highly recommend to any potential clients thanks again for your great work
