Disgraceful business, lost an expensive pair of Business pants as a result of incompetence. The store owner did not offer a replacement or some sort of justification that was forgiving.

Wouldn't even give them one star. Destroyed my son's suit. Never ever go there again. All we can smell is chemical and there are chemical stains I suit.

Do not even bother shopping here or at their Tuggerah and bateau bay store. Destroyed my partner's suit for our wedding. And the dress was not done properly. A 3k wedding dress!!! Tried to get a resolution, the owner told me F off and threw the suits and money at me onto the ground. Absolutely appalling. These shops all have terrible reviews and the owner of them works at Tuggerah, names Henry. He is just as bad.

Put a big round oily smelly stain on my daughter's blazer, then tried to blame my daughter. The recleaned it and it came out, but will never use them again

Bad service, and do these people understand what it means to dry clean?For the amount of money i paud, my clothes should be clean and wrinkle free, instead they are not folded properly, full of wrinkles and dirty.Do notUse thse robbers.

I was with my mother in law when she went to bring a garment of hers in. Her item was returned to her in a very different state to how it was brought in. She spoke with the owner in a calm manner and he turned aggressive towards her. She was clearly upset that her VERY expensive garment had just been ruined by this disgusting man. Unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT waste your money here!

DO NOT USE! Would not recommend. Lost an expensive black jacket which was purchased overseas. They refused to handover business details to take the issue further. Incompetent, rude, cannot communicate effectively and not willing to offer compensation.

The lady didn't say much when I dropped off or picked up items - I thought she was a bit odd which is no worries but the lack of communication was strange. It wasn't until I got home that I checked the items I'd picked up and found my dress shirt and suit pants were covered in marks and stains - if there was an issue cleaning them why would the woman not let me know on pick up??? It looked like no attempt had been made to wash them. I won't go back here again
