Will definitely be coming back. Would recommend to anyone needing a inexpensive and comfortable stop over or holiday accommodation. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all accessories. Beds are comfortable . Staff here are absolutely amazing people. Andrew was able to help me on more than 1 occasion during my stay and Sarah was polite and helpful and understanding also. They both went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my 2yr old enjoyed our stay. See you guys again soon

Great value! We booked here as a last minute stop over. It was super close to the highway and also had a big shopping mall next door that was still open late for us to get dinner. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we wanted. Will stay again if in the area!

Was working in the area for the week, good accommodation with comfy bed. Shower not that good as hot water pressure is average.In room TV has free Netflix and already connected so just start watching, good bonus.Toaster, kettle and bar fridge with the usual cutlery and plates ect, and microwave too.On-site washing machine and dryer are free to use and washing powder can be purchased from reception for 2dollars. Much appreciated.Fair amount of road noise coming from the highway but you get use to it pretty quickly. Ample parking on-site even for vehicles with a trailer.Restraunt wasn't open while I was there but there is the shopping centre with restraunts a block away or 10 min walk, also a pub beside the shopping centre.Thanks for the hospitality.

Wyong District Netball Association stayed at the motel for three nights with a group of 50. The rooms and service was exceptional. The staff could not have been more helpful. we will certainly recommend this accommodation to family and friends or other groups.

Nice clean motel. Rooms are basic but very clean and laundry is all good quality and spotless. Tea and coffee facilities are good. Microwave, fridge and smart TV are provided in the family rooms. Good and friendly service. Will definitely return in future.

The interior of the room was nice, however there was some sort of food / makeup stain (not sure) on the doona. The lady manager was nice however the male manager seemed nice but seemed rough also. 2.5.

Stayed for a couple of nights because of the convenient location and ended up with bed bug bites. When I contacted them to tell them, they offered a credit on my next visit which would be fine if I was actually going to be back in the area. Told them this and they gave a partial refund of a third of the price I paid to stay. I’m not sure how they think that compensates for multiple bed bug bites. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The guy (I guess he’s the owner) was sitting on the desk. Super friendly and humorous. Laundry is complimentary and they sell detergents very cheap!Room has got everything you need, plenty of towels, even shaving cream provided!! The cookies supplied are so yummy. I had to take them with myself while check out.Good value

The location was good. Staff were great making sure our arrival & room access was smooth. Ours was a quick overnighter but will be back. It's lovely & quiet, no fuss & parking. Loved the water pressure & table & chairs out front to sit at & enjoy the morning.

Sarah was an amazing help in a time of need for mum and i. Super friendly and understanding when we need a room very last minute. Very comfortable beds, we wished we could of slept in a little longer but couldn't. We also wish we could of tried the restuarant (sorry if i have spelt that wrong) it also look amazing. The only issue i found was the enterance to it. Maybe needed more lightening but we were under a lot of stress when we arrived which probably didn't help. Thank you sarah for helping us. Hopefully when we stay with yous again it will be less stressful. Can't thank you enough!
