Great company work for them so long alway gave best service for there customes was sad to leave

Used this service for a number years in only moderate volumes. I suspect we were a small player as we did not warrant a specified account manager. Typically document storage/pickup was straight forward. Document retrieval was a bit more hit and miss but seemed to work. We decided to scan all our documents to get rid of the paper records. Iron Mountains scanning service was expensive so we just subcontracted ourselves and this worked well.However when we came to exit it turned into a bit of a nightmare. We contacted them to retrieve the last of our records and close our account. Despite multiple phone calls the records took 2 months (typically this was one week) to be delivered and there was no explanation why - in the mean time we were charged the extra storage and when we rang account managers they gave undertakings to deliver final accounts which were paid in 5 days. Then a string of new accounts for the same services already paid for - retrieval of last 9 boxes etc for time periods after cessation of our exit contract! I don't know if there has been a change of management at this company but this service is probably best avoided.

The people who run/work in this business have no idea what the word service means. I cancelled my work order.
