Highly disappointing.They charged us top dollar and forgot to file a portion of our tax for over 12 months.Their fees are 2 to 4 times the market rate yet they could not care less.We found out about the un-filed portion of our tax only after we moved from Pilot. They clearly had no idea this had happened and when questioned, they blamed us for missing an email sent by an unfamiliar staff member (12 months ago). They also told us that they do not send out reminders because a reminder is a 'billable item' and the cost of it would be passed on to the client. Yet - invoice payments are followed up regularly by their accounts department. So many other issues with this firm. We would not recommend anyone to use Pilot.
