Absolutely beautiful spot. Amenities block, dogs allowed, free camp. Ticked all our boxes. If you're not a fan of trains I wouldn't recommend, quite a few rolled through overnight and were very loud but personally didn't bother me much as I love trains and work around them. But just something to be mindful of if you're looking to stay here.

Great campground $15 pn powered or donation for unpowered. Plenty of space. Loos n hot showers.

Great spot for an overnight. Toilets, power and showers. Toilets were clean, didn't use the shower. Well worth a stopover if you are looking for a spot to stop. Trains weren't to bad, didn't notice after about 9pm until 7am.

Hard to complain for the price.Halfway between Musslebrook and Tamworth, this makes a good rest spot travelling through. Take advantage of the bowling club for dinner and drinks next door. Has trainline and HWY beside it but it doesn't bother me, it may some due to that noise. Amenities were better than expected. Hot showers and toilets, soap and hand towl.Grass area excellent with bins for street rubbish only. Horse track opposite. Would stop here again.Its sad that there is not more places like this.Even had powered sites and water for vans. Also electric bbqs for use. Appreciated this spot not having to cost a high fee.

Lovely large grass area next to the bowling club, railway and Silos. Power and water available. Lots of birds .Toilets ok but were not cleaned in the four days we were there. Showers original in need of an upgrade.

Large grassed level area, been recently mowed. A few coal trains go through here day and night, the North Western Xplorer train passes through also twice a day. Amenities block is a bit old and dirty, there are a few water taps around. There is a donation box at front entrance.

Good large grassed area, water taps, amenities block a bit old and dirty. Coal trains run through here day and night, also the North Western Xplorer train twice a day as well.

What a great little spot! Power and water sites and a great stop over location on the road. The kids loved the trains going past (but they are very loud when going through!!). They have a bathroom block with hot water showers and toilets. I didnt use these personally as we had bathroom in the van.
