OMG love this store. Have purchased all my handbags, wallets and suitcases from the Casuarina store. Management and staff were amazing and so helpful. Purchased a suitcase from them about 2 weeks ago, for my trip overseas. Unfortunately the lock broke on the suitcase. The Manager of the store personally took on the issue, and replaced it for another one, no questions asked. Awesome store with great customer service *****

The Staff here at Strand bags Casuarina in Darwin are exceptional! one of the best customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Staff are always happy, willing to help and are incredibly friendly, patient and hard working this is by far the best strand-bags I have ever been to and I will continue to go back particularly for the impeccable work ethic of the employees LOVE LOVE LOVE ITTT

This store seriously needs to improve their customer service quality. Only one check out was used while other computer was not working or had some fault going I guess. A lady who was working their prob. Maria would not use the 30% discount sale on every product making some lazy excuses. I am generous enough to give 2 stars as the other young lady who was working helped me get the deal and our refund.Some staff really need good training handling customers and not being overly smart or rude.

The Casuarina store staff are very friendly and helpful... The Manager of the Casuarina store was wonderful.Didn't like the Palmerston store, staff are very rude, and did not even ask me if I needed assistance... Won't shop at the Palmerston store again....

On Saturday 4th of June I went to the shop in casuarina to purchase a suitcase. The manger an her staff was amazing. Not only was they very friendly an helpful they really knew their products. I would recommend this shop as it is the best customer service I have received in a long time. Being of a different culture I usually find staff rude an not helpful but all the staff in strand bags casuarina was the complete opposite. I loved the sales an products an will be recommended this store to all my family an friends. Thanks again to all the managers an staff at the store for you beautiful service. I will be back again.

Went in to browse, assistant asked if we needed help, said we were happy to look, she then followed close by like she was glued to us. Customer service is one thing, but when it becomes uncomfortable it’s not good. Had to walk out.

They was really helpful. I went there to do an exchange and it was done very quickly and the lady with the fringe was really polite and very informative of how to take care of bags i bought there before. I qould highly recommend them for having great customer service.
