After the excellent and professional service I received from Rodericks Insurance Brokers, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They review on policy and saved me nearly $1000 with better coverage. I have since had them look at all my insurance with more savings made. They even advised me not to change one as it was the best coverage. Remember old fashioned dedicated, focused customer service? Yeah, I couldn't remember it either until I had to go in search of insurance for my tours and events company, Tour de Trails. Kind of tricky events and tours - lots of ifs, buts and maybes for the insurance industry - which likes to put things in boxes - to deal with. But then Jade and Rodericks applied the old aforementioned customer service, listened to me describe my broth of insurance needs (where I put people out into the outdoors in what some consider risky situations) and they helped to quickly and economically define and cost and confirm all my insurance needs. And when a new tour or event comes along, they are onto it double time. Cover notes in a flash. I have already recommended Rodericks to many of my colleagues in the outdoors, tourism, media and events industries. Can't recommend them and Jade highly enough.
