Dennison's Dry Cleaners

Brought in my 7 pieces of my clothes for cleaning. 6 of them returned back in a good condition. But my denim jacket got back with a green stain on it. And the stain wasnt there when i brought it in. I went back to the store and they did reclean my jacket but still could not get rid of the stain. The owner then told me that if they can’t get rid of it then no one can.The cleaning was ok, but wouldn’t trust them with designer pieces.

Staff seemed uninterested. On phone still on reaching the counter. Unable to identify a fabric, which is OK, but didn't understand the difference between a weave (such as chiffon) and a material (such as rayon). Didn't sell dyes; we don't do that stuff anymore". I don't know if it's universal

I and my wife are the owners of Dennisons dry cleaners. we are very much surprised looking at the two reviews written about us. one we never knew who she was . probably the good friends of the other dry cleaners . the next one , yes she left a skirt with other items. we followed the care labels. she raised the question about the color of the garment. But she was not unhappy at all. if you are unhappy about anything please discuss the matter with the management. Don't try to destroy a good business with some bad comments. we are always here to help. If you look at the Name of the other reviewer you will know that she is not genuine(Fyuuredhijgfzre Gjjygtdftyirguug}. WE don't sell dyes". is that a Crime?."

We have black business branded shirts and pants we use when sponsoring and sometime attending cooperate IT events/conferences. We will only use and trust Dennison in cleaning and preparing our team to look $1m bucks. We have tried others, especially if our team is interstate as we don't have a choice, however we keep coming back year after year because of the friendly family owners service and quality job. With post-COVID normality around the corner fingers crossed" we will see you again soon :)"

Always been happy and drive from Heathmont to drop my business shirts and other items off because their service and quality in washing and soaking when required is great. Other cleaners haven’t pressed cuffs or washed well, this is why I have been going back for 12+ years!

Never again. I have just had my quilt drycleaned here, as I have moved nearby. I was shocked at the price of AUD50.00. I have previously gone to Dynamic in Bourke Road, who charge AUD29.95. My quilt, after this expensive episode, doesn't even look clean. They have lost a new client. I spoke with the owners, who did not seem to care, stating that the shop next door use them. I assume it is more for convenience than quality.I will go back to Dynamic in future. You can clearly see, by the reviews, who is superior. Very disappointed.

I've known Enamul and his wife for a very long time. They are very experienced and lovely people to deal with.
