Great products, great service, helpful friendly staff.

A week after purchasing a product nobody had bothered to ensure it was delivered as agreed. When I subsequently called to enquire when it may be delivered again nobody bothered to organise a delivery nor did they call me back as promised.

Heaps of stock on the floor ready to go when the smaller local shops would have to order things in. Very helpful when you need equipment in a hurry

I wouldn't recommend these guys for the customer service.Dropped in today because my father has cancer and is looking to buy a lighter mower so he can get out occasionally and do a bit of mowing and something a bit lighter for my mother to use. He researched his mower, went into the store to get a feel for it and to give some information.First we stood around for 10 minutes while the staff all just stood around. I wandered over to the counter and didn't get so much as a hello as acknowledgement. Eventually someone wandered over and gave zero impression that he was interested in giving us any information about the mower in question, we had to drag every detail out of him like getting blood from a stone and really if we hadn't already done the research I'm not sure we would have left there knowing a single thing about the item.I'm glad my father got the opportunity to test one out but we'll obviously be buying from someone who is actually interested in selling is something.
