Completed Elderly Friendly Home Extension with TJ Bennett 24 Jun 2022. Preliminary agreement signed 17 Jan 2022.I highly recommend that anyone who is considering building to give TJ Bennett a call or make an appointment via their website. Do not signed up with anyone else until you have had a chat with Greg the builder at TJ Bennett.Greg manages the whole process from enquiries, concept drawings, quote, application and build. When everyone else is experiencing delays in the market, I was fortunate enough to have gone with TJ Bennett who manages to move the order of different trades so there's minimal delays.On top of a smooth build, Greg is also very responsive and helpful in any question I may have. He communicates clearly and promptly. He actually went above and beyond to help me out in a few areas on top of the new build like sourcing tiles and communicating with tiler for the existing house (not part of the new build). To which I am grateful for.To top it all, I was most impress by how polite, patient, sincere, thoughtful and well planned Greg is. I was hesitant and unsure when I begin the building journey as I have not build before but Greg makes you feel like he is genuinely there to assist home owners and I feel at ease throughout the building process.I can probably write another essay on how impress I am with TJ Bennett but the best is to experience it yourself.
