Emmanuel fixed my shoulder within a few sessions. It had been causing me a lot of pain, and stretches at home just weren’t cutting it.He found the problem areas, and after 2 treatments it was 80% better. When I went back for a third, I felt cured!! My shoulder is moving so freely now, and my bursitis is practically gone.I’m aiming to go once a month now to keep up this new level of mobility (my job will keep messing with my shoulder, so I think that’s the way to go).Emmanuel was very professional and super lovely too. He also has strong hands, which is a must for a good therapist.

Emmanuel is an incredible practitioner. I've seen him several times for my neck and hips and both times he's able to help me. He's knowledgeable, calm and attentive. He's also given me at home exercises which has helped immensely - thankyou! If you're in pain don't hesitate to book in, he is amazing.

Emmanuel is fantastic - gets to every sore spot and fixes you. The space is new and fresh and the massage table comfortable fits my 6ft tall body. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Moved to Sydney from Perth with multiple existing chronic pain and injuries. I’ve had both good and bad therapist (as I regularly go for remedial massage, chiro, physio) and know how to differentiate them. Having done a bit of research, I found FIT LVN, and luckily enough I got Emmanuel as my therapist who happens to be the owner too.To be honest I was’t expecting much, but meeting Emmanuel was a jackpot. He is beyond knowledgeable. He has great understanding of health/fitness and the human body. His service was excellent as he showed passion in his work, and put a lot of care in his clients. He listened and evaluated my medical history (including past treatments), then integrated and gave his expertise on how to continue to get better. His treatment was gentle and one of the best I’ve had. At the end he personalised exercise plans that will help with my chronic shoulder, neck, hip pain.I will definitely return and will become a regular as I believe in the value that FIT LVN and Emmanuel represent. I look forward to trying their chiropractic service soon.

Visited Jordan twice now and both times he has been exceptional. He's really knowledgeable and takes time to understand what you need. Very professional. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a remedial massage therapist to check him out!

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while - Emmanuel & Fit Lvn are absolutely epic. Emmanuel’s background of being a personal trainer combined with his gentle but knowledgable approach to massage therapy is a golden combination. I’ve been to other practitioners for other services (lymphatic drainage, acupuncture) also & every experience has been fantastic.The other thing to mention is Emmanuel probably has the best banter of any massage therapist, hairdresser, nail artist etc that I’ve ever been too - I usually hate talking during massages but honestly I enjoy our chats nearly as much as the therapy!You will NOT be disappointed!

Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and he helped me release tension and stress. I felt like a had a new body just after an hour massage and was feeling super relaxed. The Clinic had a great ambience and definitely going back. Highly recommend!! :)

I found FIT LVN when I was researching place that did lymphatic drainage. That led me to Julie. What a star! My initial consultation with her was amazing. The ambience of the clinic, her professionalism and the lymphatic drainage itself was nothing short of amazing! I felt cared, heard and left feeling fantastic. Julie also was able to offer additional recommendations to my specific case (i.e. acupuncturist, Chiro etc).Julie's recommendation and my visit with her initial got me curious about other offerings at the clinic. I booked in for a remedial massage with Emmanuel. It was fantastic. Not only because I felt so much better after it but Emmanuel took the time to refer to the diagrams he has to describe where I was holding tension and what he did to help. Emmanuel has so much knowledge about movement, the human anatomy and is very attentive.I then thought I might come and see Michael for acupuncture and it was the exact same experience as Julie and Emmanuel. Michael is full of knowledge, he tailors his CHM and acupuncture sessions to you and you feel comfortable asking the silly" questions. His acupuncture sessions are great and I have seen a great improvement in my overall health!Lastly

I was recommended to go to FITLVN for a sports massage by a friend who had attended a few times. I am so happy I went! The quality of these massages are fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable about the human body.Would definitely recommend if you are after a high quality massage!

The best place for me with my back pain. I am now a regular. Emmanuel has understands pains from my training because of his personal trainer experience too.Struggled without this when I was in the uk for a year. I couldn’t find any sport massage, deep tissue massage or remedial massage which helped as much as here.
