Poor customer service, poor delivery of timeframe and charging additional fees for the error made by firm. Also confirm price as it does not include gst.

Not happy at all with their service or costs, they have extraneous charges. Over bill and double or triple handle work to bump up costs. A total inability to handle or advise, I was always had to advise them on what to do, so I left and yes I went else where the case was complicated and took over 2 years to settle in my favour, at a much lower cost to me for legal's about I'd say 30-40% of their estimates.

Search of so called 5 star reviews show an amazing number of employee and close contacts trying to bump up their rating. Don't believe any of them.

I have experienced Hunt & Hunt Lawyers North Ryde as a client and also as a supplier of services to them and through various charities, community groups and events that I have been involved with. I am always struck by their dedication to community, their extremely high ethical standards and their professionalism. I originally went to them after hearing about their reputation through multiple unrelated sources, which indicated to me that their good name was widely recognised. After meeting with them, working with them and having them take care of a number of very important personal and business matters, including a complicated estate issue, an unusual property transaction and some tricky business negotiations, I can only reinforce that their reputation is well-earned. I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking to engage a legal firm of the highest standard.

Hunt & Hunt North Ryde have looked after me on a number of matters, including my will, an estate matter and conveyancing when I purchased a property.  At every step of the way I felt like I was being looked after by very professional, experienced and trustworthy lawyers. I am 83 years old and I can tell you I have had a few less than pleasant experiences with lawyers in my time, so it was a real breath of fresh air to have such a caring and considerate firm looking after me.  I have to make special mention of Craig Gallagher and Anthea Tronson, who went out of their way to explain everything to me very clearly and carefully and ensured my best interests were taken care of.  Everyone I dealt with, especially Penny at the front desk, was most friendly and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hunt & Hunt to anyone looking for a well-established, trusted and knowledgeable firm.

If you are looking for lawyers that are efficient, effective and have a focus on customer service than move on cause you will find none of this here. Maybe they just focus on the big players, if you want a simple probate they don’t action your requests, ignore when probate has been granted and wait for you to ignite them into action. Our funds were at least delayed by 9 weeks, and when you escalate to partners they are silent also . Never experienced such poor service.

Very professional. Thorough in their attention to detail and explanation of things needed to be understood and possible risks and ramifications. Patient and helpful with me in my lack of knowledge and understanding. We used them for conveyancing and Paula Reid was who we dealt with and was excellent.
