The team at Hobart Car Detailing really helped us out when we were holidaying in Hobart and needed an urgent interior car clean. They were able to fit us in and did a fantastic job. Great communication, very reasonable pricing. Would definitely use again!

When I dropped off my car for the express detailing service, I double confirmed with the service guy that was an interior and exterior detailing, and when I booked in for the service, the person told me that the team needed my car for 4 hours to have the service done. However, on the day I had the service, I received a text message saying that my car was ready for pick up in just one and half hours, which I suspected my car was not properly cleaned. It was clear that when I picked up my car, the interior was not dusted at all and there were some white marks on the doors. I asked one of the guys whether they did dusting for my car, and he replied me those were residual dust and it would always be dusty, and he said he was not responsible and sent another guy to help me out. Although the other guy cleaned those up for me, it was indeed unprofessional. I saw him used his saliva to clean those white marks on the door so I asked him whether he had any cleaning spray rather than using his saliva as a cleaning product, I asked him twice before he went and took some cleaning spray for cleaning. To be honest, I was not happy about that especially during such COVID time and I needed to pay 100 bucks for such an unprofessional service, I also wondered how the team would service the car behind the scenes.

I don't even know where to begin with the outstanding and professional service I received with Hobart Car Detailing. They went WAY above and beyond to clean, re-fit-out and remove terrible scents from my newly purchased second hand vehicle. Then they charged me a tiny amount for the work they did over 3 days. I have used these guys 3 times, each time I have got exactly what I wanted from the team. Excellent communication each time and I was so happy with each vehicle. They take you through what they've done, it is easy to see that they love cars, and love their work. Shocked by a couple of the poor reviews, as that has not been my experience at all. Big shout out to Nick who I dealt with mostly, but the whole team has been great. Thank you! Would go there every time!

I had the headlight restoration service done. The passenger front light was good, but the driver’s side was terrible. I had a lot of negative comments from people because it was so poorly done. I have since spoken with the owner and he told me to book it back in and they would redo it. I thought that was fair. I have text multiple times, left messages to re book my car back in, but no one has followed them up. That was a week ago. I know we can all get busy, but just a follow up text would have been fine.Very disappointing…….

Don't waste you money. Paid $250 to internally clean an ex govt car which was in very good condition apart from some stains on the seats and carpet. The seats were so wet when we got the car back they took literally days to dry out leaving fresh water marks. Carpet marks we got out with Windex ourselves. Detritus remained in the console compartment.When the car arrived home we called to talk about the issues but no-one responded.
