I was slightly anxious with the whole situation but all the team at Mt Gravatt were so lovely from my initial appointment with Sophie to my Sleep Trial set up for 2 weeks with George and then purchasing and set up with Nick.Everything was explained thoroughly and easily to understand and my appointments with all the team were great and put my anxiety at ease.

I recently had a sleep study through My Sleep at Mt Gravatt. I could not fault the friendly, professional service received from Georg and Sophie - would not hesitate to recommend this place for those with sleep apnea. Georg made the purchase of a cpap quite painless actually and his honesty and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

It took weeks to get an appointment for sleep study but once I was in the system the treatment I received was excellent. Staff were very flexible in meeting my changing needs.

Best night sleep ever! After having a sleep test and learning of the results, I was advised to get a CPAP machine ASAP by my doctor. Well, what a difference. I felt so the much better the next day. I felt more alert and not tired. The difference is uncanny. The Staff at Mount Gravatt are very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to trial different fittings over a week, which helped a lot with choosing what suits. If you are in need of a machine, see these folk, they are knowledgeable and fair with great advice.
