We were in town for the Mudgee Classic last weekend and my partner's bike had a slight buckle in the front wheel. Called Giant Mudgee mid morning on Saturday, not expecting they could do much at short notice. Lochie? said to bring the wheel in as soon as we could. Arrived there 15 mins later, handed the wheel to the bike mechanic who suggested we browse while he looked at it. 10mins and $20 later we had a beautifully true wheel. Absolutely outstanding service Giant Mudgee! Thank you again!

After I wrote off my bike the day before the Mudgee Classic, the Team at Giant Mudgee couldn't have been more helpful. They came to the rescue with a fantastic new bike, all set up to my size/specs in no time at all. They really went over and beyond in making the best of a bad situation! I love the new bike - it went like a dream in the Classic...and will definitely be back when next in Mudgee. Thanks, guys!

Mountain biking is a passion of mine. My bike was in need for some TLC and an upgrade. Thanks to Giant Mudgee my bike is pretty much brand new! My tired outdated 2x drive train is now 1x, new rotors, tyres, grips etc. The attention to detail is what I am so pleased with.

Heaps of the latest gear and Giant bikes to choose from and the staff are fun and professional. 7 bikes purchased over the recent years for family (mostly 4 me) since being in Mudgee. The shop has become a second Home. Recommend going in to see Joel, Nikki and the Gang if you love bikes.

The Giant Mudgee crew always help me with both major and minor modifications or repairs to my MTB; as well as setting up home training options too. They are trustworthy and reliable, always doing quality work for a reasonable price. They explain the benefits of different options and are eager to see more people enjoying the sport. Joel, Nikki and Chris are welcoming and friendly in store. I will continue to shop here and support these guys.
