F45 Training Springvale

F45 at Springvale is my first prestige gym I’ve ever joined, thanks to my partner’s recommendation. Belinda, Lina and Sumit looked after my partner and I from day 1. It’s been my 10th session and I could see the transformation on my physique and form. My endurance improved and we love the variety of workouts daily. Thank you to all the staff there for making our 45mins there worthwhile with your knowledge encouragements.

I love training at F45 Springvale! Sumit is an amazing trainer who corrects your form and pushes you at every training session to ensure you get maximum results from every workout! He also makes training fun!I would highly recommend training here!

Been a part of F45 springvale fam for past 6 months and it has made a positive impact on my lifestyle.The workouts are intense but with amazing trainers around it’s so much fun. Hands down to all their efforts and Belinda for being so personable. Wouldn’t be exaggerating by saying Coach Sumit is the best, his efforts are above and beyond. F45 Springvale is by far one of the most supportive, fun, personalised gyms I have ever worked out at. It's a very tight-knit community, and every time I've gone in I've left with a smile on my face (as well as the knowledge that I have well and truly worked out for the day!). The workouts are always interesting and engaging, the trainers clearly care about their patrons, and the equipment is perfect for getting all those movements happening. I always feel so motivated to go to the gym because of their trainers, with a very special shout-out to Belinda and Lina who have always looked after me and made sure I was challenging myself in a safe way. I started at F45 Springvale after a long time away from the gym due to lockdowns and such, and have come such a long way in my strength and cardio because of their constant positivity and support of me moving at a pace that worked for me. I highly recommend F45 Springvale! They're absolutely amazing there.

I really enjoy my workouts at F45 Springvale. Memphis and Belinda are amazing. They pay special attention to each individual in the class and motivate when you hit a slump in energy mid workout.

Amazing Studio with amazing trainers who support at each and every stage of physical and mental health. Getting fit starts from mind. I’m really happy to start and continue with amazing trainers like Belinda, Lina, Mia, Will, Zai.

So glad I found this place. Belinda, Lina and Sumit have made a big difference to my physique in the 1st week of training. I realised my sleeping pattern improved due to F45’s training program. Love this little nook of a gym that’s so close to home.

Awesome sessions in the morning. It can be quite gruelling waking up early to go for a work out but the trainer Lina makes it very enjoyable, she’s encouraging, helpful and cares and it’s clear to see she has a clear passion to help and push people to achieve there goals. All in all I’m enjoying my time ten fold.

So glad I found this place. Wasn’t a gym person before but it has turned to be a part of my routine now. All credits the trainers who make those challenging workouts more fun. Also a special mention about Trainer Sumit, an incredible person who goes his way out right from the demonstration until everyone gets posture and technique right. Trust me, can’t recommend a better place.
