Excellent service and very quick to help with replacing a leaking water heater. Also fixed up electrics with some really good suggestions for surge protection. Definitely recommend.

I have used Fallon numerous times and their level of responsiveness (next day person on site), cleanliness, safety standards and communication are fantastic. Stuart Helmreich phoned prior to the works, was on time, was efficient and his workmanship was impeccable. Highly recommend Fallon for electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning works and in fact anything they can provide and Stuart in particular.

Positives Turned up on time and young man who arrived helpful and completed job of identifying issues ( tree root in drain with camera and cutting tool to temporarily resolve problem.). Needed to immediately address issue due to sewage flowing from outlet. Not nice.Negatives. Plumber spent and hour and a half at home and on the job at a cost of $860 after 15% discount. 15 to 20 minutes of this time was selling the Fallon Home Protection Pack. I do some part time work as a pensioner for $30 an hour.Quote to resolve problem for the future was in excess of $4000.Contacted local plumber who was surprised at costing and indicated his considered cost for the job. Without saying I will use this plumbing group to finish the job and write off the initial cost to urgency on my part.Peter W Buderim

I found Fallon Solutions online. Gave them a call on the Friday and they came on the Monday morning to fix the problem. Sam Allen was incredible. He was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Fallon Solutions for any plumbing issues on the Sunshine Coast. Thank you!

What a rip off, had one of there Electricians come out to replace one out door power point. He spent 20 trying to explain there service programme, then told me it was going to cost me $569, to replace the power point. I rang another electrician he quoted $210. Now they want me to pay the call out fee, after the poor service, can not recommend these people.

On our second time using Fallon, we got quoted over $700 to fix a down pipe, but the plumber didn't have the parts.I've fixed the down pipe for $15 with parts from Bunnings and an hour of my time.BEWARE - Fallon are always trying to up sell you.On our first call out we purchased their Home Protection Plan which comes with a 100% MoneyBack Guarantee.I asked for a refund today and they refused, saying I would have to pay them money since the 15% discount on our first job was over $600 with having that Home protection plan in place.However, the invoiced discount states $36.36 and I was told the discount we received is on the job sheet, not the invoice. So kind of making numbers up and then giving a discount"....seems like very dodgy tactics.I would NEVER use Fallon again. But if you do

I called Fallon Solutions outside business hours and their Sunshine Coast electrician wasn’t available but Matt Hawken was super helpful and fixed my issue over the phone. Definitely recommend!
