Good value and range of products although the weigh bridge system and placement holds up egress points of the yard. Staff behind the counter could benefit from not smoking indoors and providing itemised tax invoices on purchase. Nevertheless we will continue to use them, as they are extremely reliable

Extremely poor service. All workers in the yard didn’t have the time of day to serve me once I’d received my order docket from the office. I was completely ignored by 3 different workers who weren’t busy and were just talking amongst themselves. First and last time using this sand and metal depot. Also to note, disgusting set up in front office with staff smoking inside. All in truly horrendous set up.

Very hard to navigate around with trucks cars and trailers everywhere and easy to get overwhelmed with so much traffic in such a little space. If you know what you’re doing its probably fine but very hard for someone’s first time there. Customer service were too laid back at desk and had one person eventually come and help me out in the yard after waiting to be served for a while. Had to load all my materials by myself as everyone was too busy just doing their own things. Would not return after this experience.
