Isn't it amazing that people can submit reviews that do not match the product. S2dio is a wholesaler and does not supply the public directly. Pricing is determined by the retailer, service is co-ordinated by the retailer. S2dio is a backyard business, supplying the highest grade backyard furniture to the Australian market. Their TFT product sourcing is a trend setter that has the full support of the Federal Government.

Amazing customer service! I've had a large s2dio outdoor table and chair set since 2015. They still look great and are comfortable. I'd lost a couple of the screws, bolts and nuts and couldn't find replacements at any hardware stores. I contacted s2dio directly and they were very responsive and helpful. They sent me my replacement parts! Very impressed and happy to have all my chairs in working order again. Thank you!
