Milestones Early Learning Yokine

We are so glad that we chose this beautiful centre. The educators are warm, incredibly welcoming (to the parents too) and above all, fantastic with our little man. He has been attending for over a year now and is learning new things every day he is there. Their weekly programs are fun filled and educational and they never seem to run out of ideas. Sending your child to daycare for the first time is always daunting but the centre manager and room educators helped us every step of the way and we can’t recommend them enough.

Milestone has been such a wonderful, positive place for my 1 year old daughter. She always learning new skills everyday. The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. The educators are fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged and learning. I highly recommend

I wanted to share our experience at Milestones Early Learning. We placed our 19 month old daughter into daycare as she was really eager to learn new things. When she started a month ago the educators were so loving and compassionate towards her especially during the transition stage.The educators were really professional, caring, genuine and knowledgeable and it feels like we can really trust them knowing our daughter will be in good hands. I really appreciate the often updates and the fact our daughter is coming home saying new things everyday- obviously what she has learnt that day. I love how the educators have something new to teach them daily from the program. Every time we pick her up she has the biggest smile on her face - it says it all! We absolutely love the team at Milestones and I would highly recommended it to other families. It’s one big family ❤️

Very Family orientated childcare centre.Our children have attending since they were babies.Centre Manager is very supportive and work amazingly to support families and offer exciting educational programs and event across the centre.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a place where you can leave your child with the peace of mind knowing they are happy, feeling safe and comfortable to thrive. Having had a terrible experience transitioning to a childcare centre that is part of a big fancy" chain where my child woke up every morning crying about not want to go to daycare

My son is four and been going to the same family daycare since he was a baby. Today was his first day at Milestones Yokine he didn't want to leave when I arrived to pick him up. When we got home he asked if he could go back tomorrow. He was in the best mood at home after his day couldn't wipe the smile and excitement off his face. I'm so happy his transition to a new daycare was such a success. The staff are friendly and gorgeous to talk to. Thank you xxx

The worst centre ever to start for a new child . My child who was not happy for a single day . He was upset for the whole week . In the 2nd week we said to them that he is not settling in So we cant continue as the kid was sobbing every-time i picked him up . On the 2nd week 1st day I waited in the car park for 15 minutes to see how they handle but I could hear him crying I went back picked him up went to the office that we cant continue .Their response was I have to give 4 weeks notice to stop . But with this logic I have to leave the child with them crying for 4 weeks seriously??after some arguments then they decided to end in the 2nd week . and i suppose to receive the refund .they charged me full amount for last 2 days . and wont refund .neither was told that if the child is absent then I wont receive any refund .The staff speaks very poor english . It was very hard to understand myself just wondering how hard it would be for kids to understand .I never felt as well when my kid was upset he was given any special attention .They polices as I been told that 4 weeks notice even for a new child who is not settling in are outrages . Feel like just a Money Making Machines . Where are the duty of care for a child who is not settling in .
