Food was slow out and luke warm, hash browns came out oily and stuck to packaging. Restaurant was full of friends of staff or off duty staff who were loud, obnoxious and full of inappropriate language in front of my kids. Manger yelled at staff across the Restaurant.

3 goes to get the order right, I ordered a coffee but to them there's no difference between any coffees regardless of the fact they've all got different names....then it was that hot I couldn't drink it. May as well have left it there it'd still be hot the next time i came back. So, who's to blame the teacher or the student? Poor service.

Kai was an absolute delight in drive-through! He was friendly and chirpy and made me smile with his warmth. And the coffee was hot and delicious! Both team members we interacted with were delightful and happy. Keep up the good work guys!

Great food and quick service. The good thing is it tastes the same at every Macca's so you know what to expect. A good place to stop on your road trip.

Most intimidating McD I have visited. They have staff standing in the entrance trying g to force use of the self serve kiosk. Even those who squeezed past to the one and only counter terminal where approached and requested to return to a self service kiosk. No one staff or customers were smiling no not a place I really want to go back toSee photos the Red Coat is blocking your entrance

Grafton McDonalds was filthy, bins overflowing, tables all dirty, customers cleaning tables themselves so they could sit somewhere, no staff had been cleaning tables or emptying bins obviously. Not sure how the franchisee could be proud of this nor can I understand how McDonalds allows this to happen.

Disgusting. Extremely dirty. Waited way too long for our order. Avoid this place. Floors very dirty and sticky. Most of the tables and chairs were covered in food scraps. The restaurant was empty, we were the only ones inside. I wonder how they cope when busy

This Macca's provides a child-friendly atmosphere with fantastic play equipment that keeps kids entertained. The hardworking staff ensures a clean and welcoming environment, where children can have a blast while parents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Thoroughly impressed with this stop on our journey north.

Best Maccas experience I’ve had in awhile!! Food was all hot, fresh and not just slapped together. The chips were almost too hot to touch (Which was fantastic and I think a very rare thing these days) and the service was super fast and friendly. Well worth ducking off the main highway for!
