Red Rooster Deception Bay
I'm pretty new to red rooster. I do enjoy the food when it's cooked well. Especially the new hot wings. But every time i come into my local, it's infested with flies ya can't eat there without getting attacked, the staff seem like they don't enjoy working there and aren't very welcoming, and it can be a bit grubby. When these things change, so will my rating

There was one worker, she took 15 mins to even serve us at the drive through when there were no customers. My burger was completely cold not even room temperature. Terrible service. Would give it a zero if I could.

Well thought red rooster was supposed to be excellent but to day my wife went to order our dinner which was honey hot chicken well what I got was chicken that it looked like it had been cooking for hours it was dry hard you had trouble just eaten the chrisp coating it was the worst ever and icing on the cake was we ordered spicy honey chicken we paid money for dinner sot ryNever got well that the last time we eat at Red rooster and the chips were far to salty

I asked for a 3 piece satifier with wings or breast pieces and got 2 drumsticks and 1 wing . Can't follow a order properly will drive to North lakes in future atleast they can get my order right .

food was cold and stale, fries tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil and the buns were rock har. cheesy nuggets would be the only thing i would go back for but even then they’re not great

Bought 4 rooster rolls today 21 March 23, was disappointed when we opened them as there was very little chicken in them. At $6 each they were definitely over priced for what was in them, in the past they have been good as we have been going there for years, and i understand they have to make money, but reducing the price and the filling in the rolls is not the answer to get more customers in as they will be disappointed too. End result is we will not be returning and will be choosing KFC instead.

Went at 8pm, only 1 car in line ahead, still had a long wait time for both their order and ours.No cold coke - fridge at front looked to be out of order, yet fully stocked, and fridge out the back had no regular coke in there????The young girl that served though was very friendlyRoll was cold and needed to be microwaved in the 3 minute drive from there to home, and chips had that dried out texture as if they'd been sitting for some time, so that was pretty disappointing
