A fantastic company to deal with. I mostly spoke to Susan Rice who was always so helpful. The removalists in Cairns and Melbourne were also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone moving house.

The delivery people were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 6pm. On following up why they did not arrive I found out they came to the premises but because it was a locked complex, they left. I have been told they phoned me but I was with my phone the entire day. If they did phone they did not leave a message. Hence to say I was fairly p'd off to have taken an entire day off work without pay to wait for this delivery. How is this fair? It was offered that I could come and collect it myself. Geez, the whole reason I paid an extra $150 to have my purchased delivered was because I could not pick something this large up myself. I struggle to understand why the driver did not leave a message if they did in fact ring. There is also a delivery number at the gate for people with deliveries to request access to the property. They did not try that either. This is the delivery arm in FNQ for IKEA deliveries. I now have to take a further half day off work to receive the delivery.

Cheerful friendly crew who knew what they were doing. All my goods were stored carefully and were returned to the new home in the condition that they left the former one.

Good, old fashioned service. Communication from Mark in the Cairns depot was fantastic. Even a follow up call to make sure goods were received - any issues etc. Quote was received in the specified time frame.
