Great consistent service over a couple of visits.They gave a more accurate prescription from another branch and adjusted the sizing on 2 pairs of glasses, one of which I didn't purchase from Specsavers, no questions asked.

Walked in to the South Melbourne with my glasses in dire need of some TLC. Ben was friendly, courteous and very professional. My glasses were re-aligned, screws tightened and with a new nose pad inserted, all in less than 5 mins. Thanks Ben

I went from putting off going for an eye test to being excited to pick up my new glasses. I was apprehensive because I figured I needed glasses which the eye tests confirmed but I didn't expect the customer care of 150% given to me by Grace in the south Melbourne store. She was friendly, super helpful and above all patient as I tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the store. Even when I came back to collect my new glasses, Grace was luckily there again and was diligent in ensuring that they were measured perfectly to my face. Many thanks for helpingme pick out the perfect pairs.
