Willetton Child Health Centre

I was with my 18 months old child at 15 April and attended by the lady who just asked for our health book with no greetings and no attempt to interact with my child. The nurse closed the room door and my child got wary, started to cry trying to leave. My child was left crying on the floor while I was trying to listen to the procedure. The 3 jabs were done in a forcefully way and there was no empathy, distraction nor calming process provided post jabs. It was an aweful, mechanical" and disappointing experience with the child health centre where it should child centric by giving a positive experience about immunisation."

Took my daughter for 2year appointment. The lady was very friendly and understanding. No issues... happy with everything
