Trying to get an appointment for post total knee Replacement treatment!Original appointment was booked for last week but i had to cancel and reschedule due to a family emergency. Told they would call me with an appointment. Received phone call yesterday offering appointment today at either 9:15 or 11:20 today. I chose 11:20am. Even triple checked the time. Had a terribly slow trip into Gympie (54km away) and arrived 7 minutes late. Was told that my appointment was for 9:15 this morning. Asked to come back in 2 hours and when I advised I couldn't I was asked to come back in 1 hour. I advised that I would wait in my car for the 1 hour and was then receptionist hummed and haaed saying she might be able to ring other patients.As it was becoming so much of a production I told her not to bother and that I will find someone else.

Fantastic Physio! Helped me get back on my feet after I slipped down some steps and injured my hip and back.
