Great service:) Even tho they were really busy they fit my sons bike in to fix his chain today. We are down here on holiday and only have another few days left and now I have a happy boy he can visit more skate parks while we are here. Thanks again!

Had a great experience at Southwest Bikes a few days ago. My wife was looking for a hybrid bike for both road and gravel use..Lee spent a lot of time with us explaining the different bikes, and his recommendations. Found them as a dealer for an electric trike so we drove 50km to check them out, we walked in and explained we found them as a trike dealer and got asked what brand, i asked what brand do you sell and he said he sold a certain brand a couple of years ago but it wasn’t the brand i had found, found the guy less than helpful and we felt he didn’t really want to help us any further, I found it strange he didn’t know the products he is a dealer for so really we won’t be back, I guess we should have called before heading to the store but just assumed we would have got some sort of info, the south west always push to shop local and we do where we can but is hard to do when we get this sort of service, not for us

Great bike store with friendly non pushy advice and good prices. Lee especially has gone out of his way with our purchase and would defiantly recommend buying your bike from this store.
