Dugald is a professional and thoroughly inspects what needs to be looked at. He saved us from purchasing a potential property that had significant issues and later used him again for another property where his report was used to negotiate a better price. Would highly recommend him!

I can't recommend Dugald highly enough, he was incredibly easy to work with, and explained everything so I could understand the issues. He was thorough (a very readable, detailed report), but practical and pragmatic about minor issues. I'd happily use him again.

Dugald is excellent at his job is an understatement. No shortcuts, every procedure is done to Australian building standards and quality of work at its highest. Knowing Dugald was looking after our building inspection put us at ease during our first home build. Dugald has a professional mannerism and always explained things when we didn't understand. He is very patient and always approachable. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone needing a building inspector.

Dugald carried out our pre-purchase building inspection. He was extremely detail oriented and meticulous and he provided both the report and inspection services very quickly. I was fortunate enough to have Dugald show and explain some of the larger issues with the building, and his explanations are clear and concise. I recommend using Dugald for his pre-purchase inspections and will seriously consider using his other services should I need to.
