I went in today. The massage wasn't bad but they were not professional at all. While getting my massage the guy from the front desk walked in twice while i was being massaged. I was having a full body massage and so was lying there naked. I felt violated and will never go back there again.

Katie was phenomenal! Excellent full body massage And an amazing head massage. I feel so relaxed! She applied the correct pressure and kept asking me if i am okay and if the pressure is okay. Thank you Katie!

Worst massage I have ever had, painful and despite being told to back of the pressure several times, did not do so. Also tried to charge me more at the end than the package I had asked for. will not be back!

The most awkward and uncomfortable massage experience I've ever had. There was one person there at the time. When I was ushered into the room, the room was cold (the heater was only then turned on), the table was cold, and the blanket she gave me was cold - for context, it is currently winter. So it was far from a relaxing environment. The massage was ok but you could tell that she wasn't trained. And she tried to upsell me another 30mins, which I wasn't impressed about, and told her twice that I didn't want more time.At the end of the massage, she got some hot stones, which were SO hot, they actually burned me, to the point that I had to scream out 'TOO hot, too hot.' This was, of course, met with a friendly giggle.But the best was yet to come. At the end of the massage, she insisted on Cash Only, despite having an EFTPOS machine in her hands. I asked where the nearest ATM was. She left the store unattended to physically walk me over to the nearest ANZ ATM, watched me take out the money, walked me back, then gave me my cash change. This was extremely awkward and totally dodgy. I felt very uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend this place.

I had a terrible massage with this service.I am bruised and in pain. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I repeatedly said that the massage was extremely painful but they continued with the same amount of pressure which was causing me immense pain. I think this is an unsafe and unprofessional service and I do not recommend anyone to go there for a massage. I’m aware that the review I put up yesterday was removed I thought feedback was important and reviews valuable.

My mum and I got a message the other day and were both very disappointed. The man who gave me the massage was extremely unprofessional and asked inappropriate questions the entire session. The place felt untidy and smelly, and the massages were sub par. After my massage, the man attempted to convince me to stay half an hour longer and said my mum was requesting a longer massage and I refused... and once my mum came out of her massage, she said the lady did not speak proper English and failed to let my mum know that she extended the massage. The man then proceeded to charge me for additional time which I never asked for and my mum was charged 30 minutes more. We will not be returning to this place ever again. Extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable for a woman to go through a whole hour with all the awkward questions from a man. It was also very gross that the man offered me lukewarm water out of a dodgy solo bottle at the end of the massage.

Asked for a 60min massage and got charged for 75min so they could make more money. Bad business practice and will never be back again.

I had a woman named Diny massage me for one hour I was late for my booking but still gave me the full hour and she found tension in places I didn’t notice I have my neck and shoulders and she was able to massage strong enough to really release that well along with problem areas I was aware of my hips and lower back, could highly recommend

Very good massage. The room was nice and warm. The oil made my skin baby soft. The quality of the massage and pressure was excellent. My package included head massage, it was one of the best I ever had. I felt revived and energised after the massage.

The roughest massage I've ever had. Felt like I was being beaten up and was even more sore walking out than in. Advised the massage therapist that I prefer soft to medium several times and all she had in her was hard and harder. Pure torture. Do not recommend.
