My daughter loves her specially made pizza from Domino's Buderim, and this evening when she opened the box there was this beautiful handwritten note in there. Whoever wrote this- you're the awesome one!

Gotta love the presentation of the cold pizza that arrived 15 mins late because the Driver tried delivering to the wrong address. Quite obvious that no care was taken in the making or the delivery of the order. Couldn't even get the topping correct on one of the pizzas.

very hit and miss. not sure whether it's the app, the shop, or the interaction between the two, but it's a gamble on whether the order you pick up is the order that you place. As a regular customer, I reckon I'm on about a 65-70% success rate. I just make sure to check the order I collect before I leave now. However, I WILL give them that anytime I've pointed out the mistake, they have ALWAYS rectified the issue.

Domino’s Pizza Buderim
Ordered online from the Buderim store only to turn up and be redirected to the Sippy Downs store due to unadvised refurbishments. No-one had any idea of our pizza order even though we had paid for it in full. Line of people way out the door. Only answer we go t was its probably in the oven. Thanks for taking $20 of our money which we will prob never see again. Useless.
