I had the most beautiful experience at Bluebell with Shenali. She went over & above throughout my 90 minute consultation. Shenali made ordering a dress from the UK (without physically seeing it) a seamless & stress free experience, doing her best to recreate the look from various dresses on the floor. Her personality, humour & calming nature are exactly what a bridal consultant should possess. I cannot recommend Bluebell Bridal & Shenali more highly!

Can’t recommend Bluebell, and particularly Shenali, more highly. The store has a fantastic range of dresses. The team are patient and supportive to explore the range and guide you towards your perfect dress, being as hands on or as hands off as you like. Shenali went above and beyond to understand and cater to my style. She didn’t give up even when I was unsure! Having been to many bridal stores, the experience at Bluebell stood miles above the rest.

I had the most incredible experience at Bluebell Bridal, as they honestly saved my bridal gown. I had purchased my gown from another bridal store and unfortunately, it was ordered in the wrong size, which led to me having a bad experience at that store. I took my dress to Bluebell's alterations team and both Emily and Mark understood the concerns I had about my gown and despite a short time frame and my gown being a challenge, they worked incredibly hard on altering it to get it absolutely perfect. I am so grateful to Emily and the whole Bluebell team for their compassion and kindness during this process.Whether you are looking to purchase a bridal gown or needing to get an already purchased gown altered, Bluebell Bridal is the place to go!

I had the most amazing experience finding my dream wedding dress with Bluebird Bridal. Ria is an absolute angel and I could not be more happy with her customer service. She made me feel so comfortable, heard and relaxed. My mum attended the appointment with me and she could not be more thrilled with the treatment and service we had. Every single person in the store was so incredibly lovely and we couldn’t thank Ria and Bluebird bell team enough.

Bluebell bridal did alterations to my wedding dress very last minute and were fantastic to work with. They talked me through the pricing before I arrived, itemized the pricing, did the quote before I was pinned, and did such an amazing job. They listened and even made great small suggestions. I would highly recommend using them for alterations. Seriously worth it vs a previous experience I had had.

Thank you to Ria, Julie and the Bluebell team for making my dress-shopping experience such an easy, relaxing and fun experience. My dress was not part of the permanent salon collection so the team were incredibly helpful in organizing a loan dress from the designer to be sent down from Sydney for my appointment. Ria and all the salon staff were incredibly professional, patient, warm and friendly. The salon itself is beautiful and has a great range of dresses. Although I was set on a particular style of dress, Ria took the time to walk me through the different designs and options, and I was able to try on 6-7 dresses during the 1.5hr appointment. I was even able to return later in the day to retry my favourite dress on before committing to anything. I did not expect to find my dress at my first ever bridal consult, but the process was incredibly effortless and intuitive thanks to the Bluebell team. I am very excited to return to the salon for an accessories styling appointment.
